What does a “good jobsite” look like?
For decades, the answer was simple: functional. Basic. Temporary.
But at China Gezhouba Group’s remote project site in the mountains of Guangxi, we helped rewrite that story.
Together, we built what workers now call the “luxury camp on the mountain”—a full-service base with offices, dormitories, and a cafeteria, delivered from design to occupancy in 45 days flat.

Gezhouba’s engineering project was located in steep, inaccessible terrain with high humidity and limited infrastructure.
They didn’t need just a few containers—they needed a fully-equipped, comfortable, and efficient temporary headquarters.
The requirements were clear:
✅ Offices: for project management, engineering, and meetings
✅ Dormitories: clean, private, and well-insulated living spaces
✅ Cafeteria: a functional kitchen and dignified dining area
✅ Coherent design: a unified architectural language and logical layout
Oh, and one more thing: speed. Every day saved meant earlier project mobilization.
We treated this not as a “container stack” but as a small village with architectural intent.
A gray-and-white exterior palette with dark trim provided a professional look.
Interiors were designed with modern workflows and living standards in mind.
All modules were fabricated off-site, delivered ready for installation.
No pouring foundations. No prolonged heavy machinery.
Just precision lifting, connecting, and commissioning—even on rough ground.
Offices: wide windows, energy-saving LEDs, pre-wired data points, integrated ceilings
Dorms: insulated walls, privacy windows, storage spaces, built-in sockets
Cafeteria: anti-slip flooring, dedicated drainage, separated kitchen and dining zones
Whole site: moisture protection, lightning prevention, fire safety, waste management
Factory production and pre-assembly of all modules
Shipping to the mountainous site in Guangxi
️ On-site lifting, connecting, and leveling
Electrical and water hookups, AC installation, network activation
Cleaning, inspection, and move-in readiness
From the first truck to final handover—just 45 days.
That’s nearly twice as fast as conventional temporary construction.
We believe a jobsite shouldn’t have to mean hardship.
In this project:
Engineers could work in quiet, bright offices
Workers could video-call families from clean, comfortable rooms
Cooks could prepare meals in a hygienic, organized kitchen
All of this—on what was once just rocky, sloping land.
Whether you’re in civil engineering, mining, rail, energy, or disaster response—
if you need high-standard temporary facilities that respect your team’s time and well-being…
we can deliver.
We offer:
End-to-end service from design to installation
Standardized modules + customizable interiors
Nationwide shipping and assembly
Dedicated project management and support
