Design Team

Structural Designer:
These professionals are proficient in mechanics principles and knowledge of building structures. For example, when designing a multi story container house, he needs to ensure that the lower level containers can safely bear the weight of the upper level.
Proficient in using professional design software such as AutoCAD Structural Detailing to draw detailed structural drawings. Standardized design optimization: Continuously optimize the design of the company's standard container room products. For example, improving internal space layout to increase space utilization, or optimizing structural design to reduce material costs while ensuring product quality and performance meet relevant standards and market demand.
Collaborative work: Work closely with the sales team, manufacturing team, and installation team. Provide professional design consulting to customers in the early stages of sales; Provide technical support to the production department during the manufacturing process and answer questions about design details; During the installation phase, guide on-site construction personnel to install according to the design requirements.

Sales Team

Sales manager:
Having rich industry experience and market insight, able to develop sales strategies based on market trends. For example, during peak demand periods for container houses (such as post disaster reconstruction or large-scale construction projects), increase market promotion efforts and adjust pricing strategies.
Responsible for managing and training the sales team to enhance their overall sales capabilities. They will regularly organize internal training, share sales skills and industry trends, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
