What does it take to build a fully functional office and living camp in the middle of a mining area—in just 45 days?
For the recent project in Pakse, Laos, the challenge was clear: deliver 120 flat-pack container offices and 60 detachable container dormitories—complete with glass curtain walls, roof systems, air conditioning, and interior build-out—on a tight timeline, in a remote location.
This wasn’t just a construction project. It was a promise—to provide safety, functionality, and dignity to the people working far from home.
Here’s how we did it.
The client needed more than structures. They needed:
120 Office Units with professional finishes, glass curtain walls, and divided functional spaces
️ 60 Dormitory Units with comfortable living conditions, thermal insulation, and full electricity
☀️ Climate Readiness for tropical weather—AC systems, moisture protection, and ventilation
⏱️ A 45-Day Timeline from shipment to handover
Oh, and one more thing: the site was in a mining area in Pakse—remote, hot, and logistically complex.

All units were manufactured, pre-insulated, and pre-wired at our factory in China. Electrical layouts, plumbing chases, and AC mounting points were built in—not added on.
Flat-Pack Offices: Unloaded, positioned, and locked into place in days—not weeks
Detachable Dormitories: Bolt-together design required no welding or heavy equipment
Glass Curtain Walls: Installed with alignment templates for speed and accuracy
Roof Systems: Sealed, waterproofed, and reinforced to withstand tropical rain
Functional spaces (meeting rooms, sleeping quarters, pantries) were finalized
AC systems were mounted and tested
Lighting, sockets, and data points were activated
✅ 180 Units Delivered in 45 days—on budget, on spec
✅ Full HVAC Integration—every space cooled and ventilated
✅ Glass Curtain Walls—professional, light-filled offices
✅ Dormitory Comfort—insulated, secure, and livable
✅ Zero Welding On-Site—thanks to bolt-together engineering
But beyond the specs, we delivered something else: dignity. A place where people could work effectively, rest deeply, and feel cared for—even in a tough environment.
It’s proof that speed and quality can coexist.
It’s evidence that remote sites don’t have to mean compromised standards.
And it’s a reminder that buildings—even temporary ones—can reflect respect for the people inside.
Whether you’re managing a mining camp, a refugee settlement, a construction village, or a remote corporate site—we can deliver a dignified, fully-equipped base in weeks, not months.
We handle design, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and fit-out. You handle the mission.
